Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Play Learn Grow. We are committed to quality products and providing a wholesome and seamless customer service experience.
If for any reason you received an incorrect or a defective item from us, we will be glad to do an exchange. However, in cases where customer has a change in mind on their original purchases or wish to do size exchanges, we regret to inform that we will not be able to perform any exchanges or refund.
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Defective / Incorrect Item(s) Received
If for any reason you received an incorrect or a defective item, we would like to apologise in advance for the human error and will be glad to make an exchange, with shipping fully borne by us. There is strictly NO returns of all purchases unless item(s) is/are found to be incorrect or has/have defects. Slight colour discrepancies resulting from difference in computer or mobile screen resolution does not amount to defect in product.
In the event of defective or incorrect item(s) received, we will require the following action from you;
(i) email us at email@example.com within  working days from the date you received the item; OR
(ii) Send us a Direct Message ("DM") on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/play.learn.grow_/ ) within  working days from the date you received the item.
Please indicate your order number, a snapshot of the defective or incorrect item, and the description of the defect(s) if any. Our customer service team will respond within two working days and furnish you with details on returns.
If a defect/incorrect item sent is ascertained, a replacement will be provided and any delivery costs incurred in the process will be borne by us. No refund in all forms (cash or credit) will be provided under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Change of Mind
Should you have a change of mind after you have confirmed and paid for a purchase, we regret that we will not be able to issue any refund or returns.
All orders not reported to us within the stipulated time frame will be considered as accepted and fulfilled.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any of our policy, terms and conditions at any time, without any prior notification. Play Learn Grow reserves the right to the final decision in the event of a dispute.
