Shipping & Delivery

*In this current pandemic situation, many jobs are lost and we at Play Learn Grow have decided to help private hires ride through this tough time. 

For all domestic (within Singapore) deliveries, parcels will be shipped via private couriers that we engage. There will therefore be no tracking number provided. 

Our courier fees as follow:

(i) $3.50 for first item,

(ii) Additional $2.50 for subsequent items

Courier fees will be reflected at the checkout page. As the package will be larger than a letterbox size, local courier is the only option.

All parcels will be processed and shipped within 2 working days and reach you within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. If you have any special instructions, please remember to write it in the note box during check out, and the delivery team will try to fulfill it with their best effort.

Please note that our courier is not able to deliver to P.O boxes and restricted zones.

International Delivery

Play Learn Grow currently does not ship internationally. You may email us should you have special request and we will try our best to fulfill it.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any of our policy, terms and conditions at any time, without any prior notification. Play Learn Grow reserves the right to the final decision in the event of a dispute.
